At The Conscious Self, we’re here to help you return to what truly matters to yourself, to nature, and to the calm that’s always been inside you. Life can feel busy and overwhelming, but there’s a different way. We create space for you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect in a way that feels real. Whether you’re feeling burnt out, a bit lost, or simply want to feel more grounded and alive you’re not alone, and you’re welcome here.

What We Do

Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, wild saunas, cold water dips, retreats, and time in nature, we offer simple, powerful ways to regulate your nervous system and come back into balance. These practices are rooted in ancient wisdom, but they’re also deeply practical for the world we live in now. At the heart of it all is the belief that when you come back to yourself, everything begins to change and you don’t have to do it alone.

The Forest Flow day was the ultimate in self love for me, a gift to myself. I went on my own and the setting was beyond my expectations. Tranquil and calming with the camp fire going and magical music playing. The circle, the sight of the gongs set up ready for us.
